Bush honeysuckle

This shrub grows 60 to 120 cm tall. Its opposite leaves, on a short stalk, are oval, acuminate and toothed. Its yellow flowers have a long tube-shaped calyx and are 5 to 12 mm long. They are borne in a terminal cyme or lodged between the upper leaf axils. The fruit is a capsule.
