Dancing bulb

It often grows fairly high up in trees, in regions where altitudes vary from sea level to 1200 m. It occasionally grows in forests. It is found from Mexico to the northern part of South America (Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, the Guianas and Brazil) and the West Indies.
