Silvery glade fern

This average-sized fern (1 m) grows in crowns and forms small colonies. Its leaves, or fronds, are slender, deeply cut and feather-shaped, resembling those of cinnamon fern and ostrich fern. The sori, clusters of small sacs containing the spores, are large and elongated. The bumps they form can be seen on the top of the frond.
