Search for a plant

This plant grows up to 1.5 m tall. Its stem bears thin leaves with three prominent veins. The yellow flowers are grouped in inflorescences borne on bent branches.

This tall (1 to 1.5 m) plant has upright, green or sometimes red stems that are hairy at the base. The stems end in a long spike of white flowers.

This plant has two hairy heart- or kidney-shaped leaves that are 10 to 18 cm long, growing directly from the rhizome. The rhizome is green and grows just at or immediately under the surface.

This vine produces tendrils resembling the claws of a cat. Its flowers are yellow. Its long thin fruit may be up to 1 m long.

This average-sized (40 cm) fern grows in very sparse colonies. It is easy to recognize because its segments have a raised thumb-like excrescence at their base.
