Muscari armeniacum

Members of the Liliaceae family, grape hyacinths multiply quickly and naturalize easily. They are ideal for rock gardens and borders, and combine well with daffodils and early-flowering tulips.

Grape hyacinths can be mass-planted to create a carpet or river effect with daffodils or early-flowering tulips grown in pockets to suggest islands.
