Origin and description

Perennial native to Québec. It has a pretty indented foliage and numerous hanging red and yellow flowers visited predominantly by hummingbirds. The species is a good choice for rock gardens.

Blooms: red and yellow, May to June
Attractions for wildlife: attracts hummingbirds, butterflies and pollinators
