Wheelchair loans

At the Biodôme

The Biodôme lends wheelchairs* to visitors who request them. An elevator provides access to the Mezzanine, from where it is possible to see some ecosystems.

At the Insectarium

People with reduced mobility can borrow a wheelchair* at the Insectarium Reception. The entire museum meets accessibility standards.

At the Jardin botanique

All public areas of the Jardin botanique are wheelchair accessible, including the pavilions, most trails and washroom facilities.

Wheelchairs* are available for loan free of charge at the Reception Centre’s information counter. You will need to leave ID as a deposit.
