El Jardincito de Lu

I love gardening and want to contribute to create pollinator-friendly spaces in the city. When we first moved to rosemont in 2021, the garden was mostly grass and a stone patio. I ripped up the grass, installed raised beds, removed paving stones to create new planting beds and added planters in the back alley. I planted a mix of perennials, annuals, and edible crops, starting mostly from seed. The pollinators love it!
