Marianne Desautels-Marissal

After several years spent in laboratory work as a research assistant in molecular biology, Marianne traded her pipettes for the microphone. But in no way was she going to leave out science! Now a science journalist, she combines her love for words and popularization with her fascination for the work of researchers. When she is not writing science, or sharing it on screen and on the radio, notably on ICI Radio-Canada Première, she shares her photographs of insects and microorganisms on social networks.

Marianne Desautels-Marissal is a science journalist. She will host the Good moves, bad moves! activity during the first Researchers’ Night, to be held on November 15.
