Since 1975, the Friends of the Montreal Botanical Garden has supported the cultural, educational and scientific mission of the Jardin botanique de Montréal. Through their many activities and publications, and with the support of over 45 volunteer guides, the Friends of the Garden strive to disseminate knowledge of botany and horticulture to the general public, actively contributing to placing plants at the heart of solutions and promoting the ecological transition.

Support the Friends of the Montreal Botanical Garden and become a member today to enjoy a host of benefits! Take advantage of exclusive activities, courses, lectures, outings and workshops offered throughout the year by the Friends of the Garden. You'll enjoy reservation-free access to greenhouses and on-site events, discounts at the boutique and restaurants, borrowing privileges at the library, and much more.

Membership fee donations and memorial donations, in the form of tree adoptions, also form a valuable link between members and the friendly society.
